Park Information
Nyack Beach State Park is one of four parks in the Hook Mountain section of the Palisades region. It consists of 76 acres at the base of Hook Mountain in Upper Nyack. It is the southern terminus of the first section of the Hudson River Greenway and is one of the best hawk and raptor viewing areas in the U.S.

The US Department of the Interior has listed Nyack Beach State Park as a Registered National Natural Historical Landmark.

Cross Country Skiing
Hikers can walk to beautiful riverside trail. The main trail is an easy walk but for a longer, more challenging hike, try connecting to the Long Path to hike the summit of Hook Mountain.
Nyack Beach's paved trail is a perfect place to take a bike ride along the Hudson River.
In the winter months, Nyack Beach is a great place to cross country ski.
