Schunnemunk Ridge Park, NY

From NYS Thruway Exit 16: After tolls, exit to the right for Rt. 32. At the traffic light, make a right onto Rt. 32. Follow Rt. 32 north for approx. 61/2 miles to Pleasant Hill Rd. on the left (look for the Black Rock fish and game club sign on the corner). Make left onto Pleasant Hill Rd. , and then left onto Taylor Rd. Parking is available just beyond the Thruway overpass on the right side of the road.

Access to trails on the north end of the park is available if you continue on Taylor Rd. to the intersection w/ Otterkill Rd. and turn left, go under the railroad trestle and parking is available on the right 1/8 mile beyond the trestle.
